For over 25 years, Portfolio Group has sourced unique developments in prime locations, maximising attributes of the local areas to ensure the final residences offer much more than just a place to call home. Liveability is a key aspect of the Portfolio Group design process, evidenced by our completed projects. We have also completed retail and commercial projects.

At Portfolio Group, we understand that buying off the plan is a huge commitment for all our clients. We only undertake boutique projects so we can provide one-on-one service to the people who put their trust in us. We deal with our buyers from day one and keep them updated the whole way through the build process.

Portfolio Group’s Site Manager adds an extra layer of service to our buyers. Our Site Manager is there to help on move-in day; and visits our clients during the move-in process to help them set up their apartment.

For example, he helps with any small defects that may arise and advises them about how to set up their audiovisual equipment and other aspects, such as how to hook-up their washing machines and fridges, all the way down to letting clients into their apartments who have locked themselves out.

We only use the best builders in their class. Because we are builders, we understand how to evaluate external builders and make sure they are secure and of the highest quality.

We have also completed numerous Joint Venture projects with landowners who control high-quality sites but do not have the ability to complete a project on those properties.

The above scope of work is most commonly undertaken via a joint venture agreement however can also be negotiated through a fixed fee arrangement.

Portfolio Contracting is Portfolio Group’s in-house building company. Portfolio Contracting was founded to deliver our property development projects. However, we have decided that we will only build our own houses from now on. Portfolio Contracting holds an open Builders Licence in Queensland and New South Wales. We keep this expertise open in case we have to step in and complete any build project directly. This provides our banks with an extra layer of capacity that protects them and our clients. This means we can deliver any of our projects directly should the need ever arise.
